1. Zero Tolerance Policy

At 8 Yellow, operated by BEHIND THE DESKS LIMITED, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We are committed to maintaining a safe digital environment for every user. Any content, communication, behavior, or activity involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action.

We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations in accordance with applicable laws and international child safety standards.

2. Definitions & Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) refers to any image, video, illustration, digitally generated content, or other visual depiction showing a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

The creation, possession, distribution, promotion, or sharing of CSAM is strictly prohibited on 8 Yellow.

2.2 Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) includes any activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Grooming a child for sexual exploitation.
  • Sextortion involving minors.
  • Child trafficking.
  • Soliciting explicit images or videos from minors.
  • Sharing or promoting CSAE-related content.
  • Attempting to facilitate or encourage CSAE in any form.

Any account involved in these activities will be permanently removed from the platform.

3. In-App Reporting & User Safety

To protect our community, 8 Yellow provides built-in tools that allow users to report inappropriate behavior or content directly within the application.

3.1 In-App Reporting

Users can report any user profile, chat message, listing, or shared content using the Report button available throughout the application.

3.2 In-App Blocking

Users may immediately block another account to prevent further communication or interaction.

3.3 Email Reporting

Reports concerning child safety can also be submitted directly to our moderation team.

All reports involving child safety are prioritized for immediate review.

4. Enforcement & Compliance Actions

When a violation or suspected instance of CSAE or CSAM is identified, BEHIND THE DESKS LIMITED takes immediate action in accordance with our policies and applicable laws.

4.1 Immediate Content Removal

Any content found to violate this policy is removed from the platform without delay.

4.2 Permanent Account Termination

Users who upload, distribute, promote, or attempt to facilitate CSAE or CSAM will have their accounts permanently banned.

4.3 Reporting to Authorities

Where required by law, we report incidents, user identifiers, and relevant information to national law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where applicable.

5. Our Commitment to Child Safety

We are committed to continually improving the safety of our platform through proactive moderation, user reporting tools, and cooperation with relevant authorities.
